Domestic Shipping
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
Please note that the logistics company may change depending on the region and the size of the product.
Shipping Method
The method of delivery is specified by us and cannot be selected by the customer in principle.
Shipping charges
This website will be delivered with the following shipping charges.
Domestic shipping (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa) 715 yen (tax included) Hokkaido 825 yen (tax included) Okinawa 1540 yen (tax included)
Free shipping (domestic only) for items with a total value of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.
About the number of days for delivery
Orders placed after 12:00 pm on weekdays will be shipped the next day or later.
Orders placed on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, etc.) will be shipped on the next business day.
This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held. Please understand this in advance.
Damage during shipping
Although we take great care to avoid scratches and dents on the outer box when preparing for shipment, there is a possibility that the product may be damaged during transportation after being delivered to the shipping company due to some trouble or the shipping company's responsibility. Please understand that scratches and dents on the outer box may not interfere with the use of the product.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can check the delivery status using the tracking service.
The shipping method will be selected by our store, and in principle, customers cannot choose the shipping method.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
Taxes and duties imposed in the destination country are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties upon receipt of the goods.
Before placing your order, please check with your local customs authority to determine the amount of any additional charges that may apply.
