Overseas Shipping
For international shipments, EMS (Express Mail Service) will be used.
Usually takes 5-10 business days for delivery. After shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can check the status with our tracking service.
The shipping method is specified by us and cannot be selected by the customer in principle.

[We recommend using EMS "Manual Tracking".]
1. Held at Customs (Unique to International Mail): Packages may be held up at customs, and if customs clearance is not completed, they may be returned to the sender.
2. Failure to Leave a Delivery Notice: A delivery notice may not be left in your mailbox. Please check the tracking screen for "Returned to Post Office" and request redelivery.

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
The price does not include any taxes on the customer's side. Taxes must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs will be incurred prior to purchase.

*Fees are usually collected by the shipping carrier or at the time the goods are picked up.

Domestic Shipping
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
Please note that the logistics company may change depending on the region and the size of the product.

Free shipping (domestic only) for items with a total value of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.

About the number of days for delivery
Orders placed after 12:00 pm on weekdays will be shipped the next day or later.
Orders placed on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, etc.) will be shipped on the next business day.
This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held. Please understand this in advance.

Damage during shipping
Although we take great care to avoid scratches and dents on the outer box when preparing for shipment, there is a possibility that the product may be damaged during transportation after being delivered to the shipping company due to some trouble or the shipping company's responsibility. Please understand that scratches and dents on the outer box may not interfere with the use of the product.
