Refund policy

Return Deadlines Once an order has been confirmed, we will not accept cancellation (cancellation or withdrawal), returns, or exchanges of products or quantity changes due to customer reasons.

We do not accept returns in the following cases. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

Products that have already been used
(Products that have already been used (except in cases where the product is found to be defective after use)
Products that are defective due to the customer's fault
Products that have been used for more than one week after delivery.
Products that have been returned without prior notification.
In any other cases where we deem it impossible to accept the return of the product.
